This page explains what happens with the details you leave on gosuperpapa.com. It is an English summary of our full privacy statement, which is in Dutch: psychogoed.nl/privacy.

Who we are

Go Super Papa is a service of Psychogoed vof, based in Nijmegen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 66934699). Psychogoed is responsible for your data. We are a team of two: Martijn Reintjes and Rian Meddens.

When you join the waitlist

We store your first name, your email address and the fact that you joined the English waitlist, with the date. If you arrived through a campaign link, we also store which campaign. We use this for one thing: to email you when Go Super Papa opens in English, and now and then an update while we build it.

We do this with your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. Unsubscribing works right away.

When we email you, we can see whether you open the email and which links you click. We use that to decide which emails to send you and which not.

To stop abuse, the form briefly uses your IP address to limit the number of sign-ups. We don’t store it with your details.

Where your data is

Your details are in our own mailing system, on our server in the Netherlands (Hostinger). Our emails are sent through Amazon SES in Frankfurt, Germany. Amazon is an American company; with them we use the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission, which require them to protect your data as well as within Europe.

We don’t sell your data, we don’t show ads and we don’t share anything with advertising networks.

When you visit this site

We count visitors with Plausible, a European tool that sets no cookies and doesn’t follow anyone personally. We see how many people read a page and which site they came from, not who you are. This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

How long we keep it

We use your details until you unsubscribe. Want them deleted completely? Email us and we’ll remove them from all our systems. Deleted data disappears from our backups within 90 days.

Your rights

You can always ask to see the data we have about you, have it corrected or deleted, or receive it in a file. You can also object to how we use it and withdraw your consent. Email support@psychogoed.nl from the address we know you by. You’ll get a confirmation within a few days, and it will be done within a month.

If we can’t work it out together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
